3. Order Tracking
You can track your order status through your account dashboard. We will also provide updates via email or SMS as your order progresses through various stages.
4. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify an order after it has been placed, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process.
Returns & Refunds
1. Return Policy
Vehicles purchased through Biggest Luxury Cars are typically final sale. However, returns may be accepted under exceptional circumstances, such as significant discrepancies between the listed and actual condition of the vehicle.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the vehicle. Returns will only be processed if the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all original documentation and accessories.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for returned vehicles or canceled services will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned vehicle or cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
We reserve the right to deduct any applicable fees, such as restocking fees or shipping costs, from the refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
  • Vehicles customized or modified per the buyer’s specifications
  • Services rendered and completed.
